Connecting with Prospects seems to be the most difficult of the list below from a poll I conducted on Linkedin a couple of days ago.
So, I thought I’d mention a few methods I’ve used to get connected with ideal prospect I used these 3 proven ways to get more meetings.
1) For those who expressed an interest in your product or service, leave them a voice mail, email and/or text saying, Are you still looking to (insert the result of what the product or service does for your buyer)
If you have reached them before and learned what they were looking for, but after several attempts you haven’t heard back from them.
Say in email, text or voice mail. I’ve tried reaching back to you several times, just wanted to know if you given up on (insert – whatever type of product, service or result they were looking for)
If using email or text, use the subject line – Have you given up on insert – whatever type of product, service or result they were looking for). It works more than not that you will get a response.
2) If you haven’t connected with them before but have their email address, send them a meeting request via email with specific time and date and see if they accept the meeting. It could be an Introduction or Discovery meeting for 15 minutes. It has worked for me before because I think it’s easy for them to just hit the accept button
3) Send your prospect a personalized gift like a coffee mug with their photo on it. I have used this to get difficult to reach prospects. The company I have used for this is Blue Bow. Check out their website for more details at www.bluebow.io Cost less than I thought it would and works great. They can put a QR code on the Mug with an arrow to say click here for message. If they click on it, it can them to a personalized video asking for a meeting or whatever you want to do. You get notified immediately when they watch your video,so you can reach me right after.
